With a large variety of systems available, we have a great fit for most any area. Commercial and Residential. Garages, Pole barns, basements, barndominiums, patios, office spaces and more.
How long does the installation process take?
Installation times vary depending on the size of the surface, preparation needed and system chosen. Our average time of completion is 1-3 days.
Are your coatings UV stable and resistant to yellowing?
Yes, we offer a plethora of different resins, all tailored to fit their intended use. UV stability comes with our Polyaspartic, Aliphatic Urethanes and more.
What maintenance is required for coated floors?
The level of maintenance will depend on use, but considered low compared to other flooring options. Regular cleaning with the correct products is all you will need to plan for.
Can you apply coatings over existing epoxy floors?
While this is possible, we do not recommend and tend to steer away from this practice. The only way for Kalamazoo Concrete Coatings to guarantee a lasting and durable floor is to see a coating project all the way through, starting with perfect surface prep down to the substrate.
Do you offer warranties on your coatings?
Of course! Details of the warranty will be dependant upon the system or coating installed as well as the setting in which the installation occurs. Kalamazoo Concrete Coatings prepares for and installs according to manufacturer standards. Therefore we stand behind product manufacturer warranties as well as our workmanship.
